You own the full cycle — first call to signed agreement. We feed you the demand (free audits, inbound demos); you turn it into customers. Commission is uncapped, and the $150k OTE reflects realistic on-target earnings — top performers clear it.

What you'll do
  • Run discovery and demo calls with practice owners — dentists, med spas, dermatologists.
  • Own your pipeline end to end: follow-up, objection-handling, close.
  • Turn free-audit leads and inbound demos into signed customers.
  • Feed what you hear on calls back into product and marketing.
What we're looking for
  • A proven sales track record — you can point to numbers you've actually hit.
  • Comfort selling to healthcare and small-business owners.
  • Consultative, not pushy. You close by being genuinely useful.
  • Self-directed — you don't need a manager chasing you.

What you'll do
  • Build and ship full-stack features across Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
  • Improve the audit-generation pipeline and the internal admin tooling.
  • Own quality end to end — you write it, you test it, you deploy it.
  • Keep things simple and fast; we don't carry dead weight.
What we're looking for
  • Strong full-stack JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals.
  • Real product sense — you care about the user, not just the diff.
  • Comfortable in a small, fast, autonomous environment.
  • Bonus: experience with Next.js, SQLite, or building internal tooling.
