How they actually work
Weave pulls completed appointments from your PMS (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.) and fires an automated SMS and/or email asking the patient for a review. The review request links directly to Google. Replies land in the Weave unified inbox alongside other patient messages. The platform assumes the front desk handles any manual follow-up — in practice, most don’t.
