What we do

We ask your patients how it went, and turn that into reviews.

Three things, in that order: a patient experience survey after every visit, an NPS score built from what they say, and a review invitation to every patient. It runs itself, and the survey half is free.

  1. 01

    Patient experience survey

We ask every patient how the visit went

A short message goes out after the appointment, from your practice, in your name. Not a form to fill in — a question to answer. Some reply in a sentence, some have a conversation, and either way you get their actual words rather than a star rating with nothing behind it.

  2. 02

    NPS score

Their answers become a score, and a reason

Everything they said is scored the standard NPS way and sorted into the things patients actually talk about — the front desk, the wait, being kept informed. So you get a number that moves week to week, and underneath it the reason it moved.

  3. 03

    Review generation

Every patient is invited to leave a review

Every one of them, whatever they said. We do not survey first and then quietly show the public link only to the happy ones — that is called review gating, and it is against both the FTC's rules and Google's. Unhappy patients reach you privately and quickly as well, while there is still time to fix it.

What lands in your panel

One page, once a week.

You log in and this is waiting. No dashboard to learn, nothing to configure — the score, what moved it, and what your patients kept bringing up.

38 conversations read this week.

4unhappy patients came to you, not to your listing. We picked them up in the conversation and kept them private.

Grouped from a fixed vocabulary, so the same thing is called the same thing every week and a trend is a trend rather than a rewording.

Reviews

  • 9verified this week
  • 63total to date
  • 14in the review step — asked, not posted yet

Every review counted here was checked by a person against the patient we contacted. Auto-detected matches don't count until someone confirms them.

Patient names and their exact words stay behind your login, where your BAA covers them — never in email.

How it’s held

Your patients, your data, your name on it.

We sign a Business Associate Agreement before we see a single patient. From that point we are your business associate under HIPAA — bound by the same rules you are — and everything we do happens in your practice’s name, about your patients’ visits with you.

The full compliance explanation, with sources

  • A signed BAA

Before any patient reaches us, not after.

  • The minimum only

A name, a mobile number, the visit date. No clinical detail.

  • Nothing clinical is sent

Not in a text, a call, or an email.

  • Everyone gets the invite

Never filtered by how happy a patient was.

  • STOP works instantly

Immediately and permanently, on every channel.

  • Names stay behind your login

    Never put into an email.

That’s the whole thing

Ask every patient. Learn something. Earn the review.

The survey side is free, permanently — the score and your patients’ comments are yours whether or not you ever take anything else from us. If you want to know how it would work in your practice, reply and ask.
