Can applaud connect to Dentrix?

1. In Office Manager > Letters, set up a custom list with the Appointments filter and Appointment Date Range = the day's date; add first name, last name, mobile phone and email as data fields.
2. Create the data file only (saved under Common\Doc\EXPORTS on the Dentrix server), check it holds no clinical columns, and send it to applaud.
3. Unconfirmed: the Dentrix help pages reviewed don't name the mobile-phone data field or the file format.
