Recent patients are exported from Jane and uploaded to applaud. A couple of minutes, and we can set it up with you.

Appointments report (Arrived) + Patient List export, uploaded to applaud

Connects by export: Jane

  1. A Full Access user opens Reports > Appointments, sets yesterday's date range and the state Arrived, and exports to CSV.
  2. The same user opens Reports > Patients > Patient List and exports it (Full Access / Account Owner only).
  3. Match the two files on patient name. Keep only first name, last name, mobile, email and visit date; delete every other column, including Medical Alerts.
  4. Upload the result to applaud Contacts.

Connects through a partner tool

A connector tool links Jane to applaud.

Keragon: Jane (Beta) 'Appointment created' trigger + Delay until visit end

Connects through a partner tool: Jane

  1. Practice (or applaud) takes a paid Keragon plan and signs Keragon's BAA before any real patient data flows.
  2. Connect Keragon's Jane (Beta) connector. Keragon does not publish how it authenticates to Jane; confirm it is an approved Jane extension first.
  3. Workflow: Jane 'Appointment created' → Delay until the appointment's end time → HTTP Client POST to applaud /api/v1/contacts.
  4. Test first: Keragon lists no Jane action to re-read the appointment after the delay, so cancellations and no-shows can't be filtered out, and the trigger's payload (patient name, mobile) is not documented.
