Connects by export

Recent patients are exported from Eaglesoft and uploaded to applaud. A couple of minutes, and we can set it up with you.

Save an Eaglesoft report as CSV and upload to applaud

Connects by export: Eaglesoft

  1. Staff run an exportable report that lists the day's seen patients with their mobile numbers (choose the report with the practice; not every Eaglesoft report can be exported).
  2. In the report preview: right-click > Save Data As > Comma Delimited File (*.csv) > Save.
  3. Send the file to applaud. The export may contain more columns than the report shows, so strip clinical columns first.
